this was on my list of must do's while in hawaii. i wanted to experience another obon, see the cultural exhibits and eat the food. afterwards, we headed to hawaii kai to drop off mia and stefan at kristy's place. then went back to lanikai beach near kailua. we stayed for a couple of hours in the afternoon sun before heading back to the hotel. dinner was simple, but good. we went to akasaka for japanese food. i had the butterfish misoyaki and ry had the sashimi dinner. so simpo. onolicious. we're turning in early to get an early start at hanauma bay tomorrow morning.
