Biking is a b*tch. Today was cross training day so I gave the gym cycling machine a test run and have not sweated like that since the last heat wave. And my legs were tired after 5 minutes! It sure made running,
feel like a walk in the park. It felt weird to not have my arms doing anything so I attempted to use free weights while biking. Talk about turning on the perspiration faucet. Bleh.
